Endurance load on ITRA's km-effort scale — not steepness or technical terrain.
How we measure
km-effort = distance + climb/100, ITRA's published scale: every 100 m of climb counts like ~1 km of distance. Six levels, Easy → Brutal, from the hardest distance of the event. The climb figure (m/km) shows how vertical the course is.Drive

Our take
The catch · Our read
MB30 at km-esforç 39 is a genuine "Expert" step up from the 17 of the MB14 — no middle option
Who it's for · Our guess
MB14 for first-timers; MB30 for club runners wanting a low-D+ but long day. Not for anyone chasing technical mountain terrain
Also nice · Our read
full finish-line comfort (showers, cloakroom, botifarrada) for a small local price
In a word · Our read
a runnable Penedès half-plus — easier per km than a Pyrenean race, honest on the 30
