Endurance load on ITRA's km-effort scale — not steepness or technical terrain.
How we measure
km-effort = distance + climb/100, ITRA's published scale: every 100 m of climb counts like ~1 km of distance. Six levels, Easy → Brutal, from the hardest distance of the event. The climb figure (m/km) shows how vertical the course is.Drive

Our take
The catch · Our read
little to fear — modest D+, generous cutoff; the "catch" is it's unremarkable terrain, a training-day race not a bucket-list one
Who it's for · Our read
near-BCN runners, KOM24 for a solid tempo day, KOM12 for beginners. Not for those wanting alpine drama
Also nice · Our read
two friendly distances, low D+, gift for all, relaxed 13:00 cutoff — approachable
In a word · Our read
like a Collserola weekend loop but in a quieter park — exactly as hard as 24k/785m reads
