How we measure
km-effort = distance + climb/100, ITRA's published scale: every 100 m of climb counts like ~1 km of distance. Six levels, Easy → Brutal, from the hardest distance of the event. The climb figure (m/km) shows how vertical the course is.Drive

Our take
The catch · Our read
no D+ or cutoffs published; a 60k in the Montnegre carries real climb the page hides, and late-autumn daylight is short
Who it's for · Our read
ultra runners wanting a coastal-forest 42/60; not for anyone needing the profile before committing
Also nice · Our read
rare Maresme ultra ladder up to 60k from a coastal town, forest park terrain minutes from the sea
In a word · Our read
the Maresme's answer to the inland Montseny ultras — lower but longer
